ANTIDOTE 80/20—Best medicine for Africa’s crippling disability
In this exhilarating piece of political fiction with a virtual setting, the author, who grew up in the very humble environment of an impoverished village in Ghana and eventually made it to medical school in Germany, has a chance meeting with two African youngsters on the streets of London. At his invitation, they meet at a pizzeria for a meal. Settled around portions of delicious pizza, he engages the two teenagers in a hearty discussion about the problems afflicting the African continent.
Largely convinced that the woes of Africa are homemade, the elderly partaker in the discussion appeals to the youngsters as the African leaders of tomorrow, urging them to apply his ideas on how best Africa could overcome some of the myriad challenges confronting her.
A thought-provoking political fantasy extraordinaire!
